Position Overview

You will be one of the first Product Managers and will define products that transform how an accounting firm operates. You will own the full product lifecycle — from problem discovery through launch and post-release iteration.

This role will work directly with founders, early customers and the engineering team to turn ambiguous problems into clear product goals, then ship features that delight customers and grow the business.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct user and market research to uncover pain points and prioritise opportunities.
• Translate insights into clear product requirements and concise specs.
• Align design, engineering, and business stakeholders around goals and timelines.
• Work side-by-side with engineers to ship and iterate rapidly.
• Track adoption and user feedback, then refine the product experience continuously.

Must have Criteria

• 3–5 years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B technology.
• Working knowledge of AI, and a pov on how to deploy it for maximum impact.
• User-first mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking abilities.
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication, prioritisation, and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity to dive deep into accounting and finance user journeys.

Nice to Have

• A background in accounting, either by training, or owing to prior experience.
• Technical background or familiarity with APIs, integrations, or AI products.
• Early-stage startup experience or prior collaboration with founders.
