Position Overview

Work directly with the founder's office at a fast-growing global HR platform, gaining hands-on experience in building AI-powered marketing strategies for international expansion. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership on brand positioning and messaging strategies while actively using and building AI agents across the marketing stack. This role offers direct exposure to founder-level strategic thinking while contributing to AI-enhanced marketing efforts across multiple channels and markets.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns using AI content generation tools
• Design visual content and marketing materials using Canva and AI-powered design tools for various digital channels
• Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter using AI scheduling and optimization tools
• Execute AI-enhanced email marketing campaigns and track engagement metrics using advanced analytics tools
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis using AI research tools for strategic insights and positioning
• Collaborate with founder's team on AI-driven brand positioning and messaging strategies for global markets
• Build, test, and optimize AI agents across the marketing stack for content creation, lead generation, and automation

Must-Have Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree from a tier 1/2 institution
• At least one prior B2B marketing or sales internship of minimum 2 months duration
• High proficiency in Canva for creating professional marketing materials and branded content
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing including content creation, posting, and engagement strategies
• Basic knowledge of email marketing concepts and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with ability to prompt AI tools effectively
• Available for immediate start and 3-6 months internship commitment in Bangalore

Nice to Have

• Multiple B2B marketing or sales internships (2+ internships preferred)
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot and their AI features
• Strong content writing portfolio with published samples or blog posts created with AI assistance
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands using AI scheduling and analytics tools
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai for content creation and marketing automation
• Experience building or working with marketing automation workflows and AI chatbots
