Position Overview

You'll build cutting-edge AI-powered applications including copilots, dashboards, assistants, and multi-tool agent interfaces that leverage large-scale infrastructure. You'll be at the forefront of developing user-facing AI solutions that translate complex AI models into intuitive experiences. You'll collaborate directly with AI/ML teams while working on applications that serve millions of users across India's rapidly growing AI ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications including copilots, intelligent dashboards, and conversational assistants
• Build multi-tool agent interfaces that integrate various AI capabilities into cohesive user experiences
• Implement full-stack solutions using React, Next.js, TypeScript for frontend and Node.js, Python for backend
• Integrate LLM-based systems using LangChain, RAG architectures, and embedding technologies
• Design robust APIs with proper caching strategies and optimize for cloud deployment scalability
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to translate complex AI models into intuitive user interfaces
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications across web and mobile platforms

Must Have Criteria

• 4-7 years of full-stack engineering experience building production web applications
• Experience building applications serving 100M+ users or similar large-scale consumer platforms
• Strong proficiency in React Native, Next.js, and TypeScript for modern frontend development
• Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Python
• Hands-on experience with LangChain framework and LLM-based application development
• Experience with Meta Llama models and other open-source LLMs (Mistral, CodeLlama, etc.)
• Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and working with embeddings

Nice to Have

• Experience building conversational AI interfaces or chatbot applications
• Knowledge of vector databases and similarity search implementations
• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and model fine-tuning workflows
• Background working on India-focused consumer applications or Bharat market products
